Matthias Rebmann is partner of GKD Attorneys and advices mainly in the area of antitrust law. Further working areas in his practice are antitrust matters in the context with License Contract and Cooperation Agreements, especially Research and Development Agreements (“R&D”).
Matthias Rebmann completed his legal studies and his legal clerkship in Freiburg. Following completion of his studies, he was a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg and received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Freiburg with a work in criminology. Dr. Matthias Rebmann has practiced since 2000 in the area of business law. Prior to joining GKD Attorneys in 2010, he was partner in a business-law oriented law firm.
